I ordered meds from them and the meds are genuine according to my nurse. I'm currently waiting on a second order.
The only things that count against them are stock delays and idiosyncratic delivery times. My first order was very quick(5 days) but my second order is delayed, they keep in contact so I'm not worried. I'll write a final review after my second order has been resolved.

They are horrible. Do not use them. They took my order one time and when it didn't come I called and they said the payment didn't go through so they didn't ship it...they never called me to tell me so, so my treatment was delayed. THEN, I put in another order and when it didn't come the next day I called and they said it was out of stock and I would have to go somewhere else. Also, the workers there pretend to be nice, but it is totally patronizing. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

This was my first order and it was OK. Medications look genuine and shipping was fast. The problem I have is with their packaging. Freedom put the box with mediactions in a cheap bubble envelop. They wrote my name and adres on the envelop with a marker. Apparently this had to be done carefully not to damege the envelop. The letters also faded somewhat. I don't know who put the extra sticker with zipcode and number on the envelop (probably they did), but it looked not professional. I might have been lucky on this one. The give credit when wiring the money intead of using a CC. No contents (gift, merchandise, value) on the envelop.

Package received eight days after notification they shipped. Track and trace was provided but didn't work. Freedom ships from Vanuatu (->the Netherlands).

Was recommended this pharmacy by my doctors office.

The first time i used the pharmacy, it was fine. Good service, package took 2 weeks to arrive but they were very helpful.

The second time, I couldnt believe it was the same pharmacy. Was told that i needed the meds no more than a few days before treatment started and so ordered it 4 weeks in advance with delivery date set for 48hours before treatment. Freedom Pharmacy let the fedex van leave without it. One lady laughed and said 'well, that happens but we will definitely have it to you for tomorrow'. To save themselves money, they faxed my script to a local pharmacy so they could fulfill the pill based part of the order (quite heavy to deliver as an overnight shipment and lower profit margin and so they farmed it out). The remainder of the shipment, ie the expensive items on which they make a higher profit, they were happy to provide and were overnighted to me.

But Guess what? They forgot to ship 25% of the order....the medication that they knew I needed with greatest urgency was omitted from the shipment. No apologies, just another assurance that they would contact me in 5 hours with some idea of which local pharmacy might have one in stock. I used my own initiative and found a pharmacy (Walgreens which were very professional, fast and reasonable) with a single phonecall,

If you are in no hurry for your meds, give them a try. Their prices are excellent but if you dont want to be put on hold for 20 minutes on every phonecall, be one day faced with someone helpful and the next someone beyond clueless or need a shipment in a timely fashion DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY is my advice.

There are other good american Pharmacies that do this work with better consistency.

Its picking and packing, people. Factory work. Put it in the box and send it on time.....

This pharmacy is incompetent and unapologetic. They first missed a shipping date. Then they missed a second shipping date. At which point I was in jeapordy of not receiving my treatment. As a result, I had to hunt down a pharmacy in my city that carried the drugs and pay for the first two days worth of drugs I needed out of my own pocket. Both times the shipments were missed because of clerical errors on their part. And the supervisor wouldn't even apologize. Don't waste your time if you can avoid working with them. They will cause you a great deal of additional stress. Even if you have to pay a little more somewhere else, it's totally worth it. I so badly regret using this pharmacy.

I have to admit I was a little worried after reading several reviews, but I'm a happy camper. I received my order in under 2 weeks. I was e-mailed when my items shipped, and every thing went smoothly. I will be using this service next time I need my medication.

I ordered Cipla brand sildenafil citrate from freedom-pharmacy and was impressed with both the speed of delivery and customer service. Their website reported and error code when I placed my order so I tried again. when both orders went though, they replied quickly and cancelled my first order. Product was as advertised.

But, when I tried to order Cipla tadalafil from them they sent me a different brand, which turned out to be completely ineffective. Their customer service was responsive but unable to resolve the issue. They forwarded me a reply from their dispatcher saying that the Cipla brand is no longer available, however their website continues to advertise its availability.

Advise contacting them first to make sure the product you wish to order is in stock.

A great all round service, good quality item, easy to use website, cost is cheaper than most, but above all a super fast delivery, recieved items within 5 days to UK, would certainly recommend and will use again.
I did read all the bad reviews, but had already placed my order, so was a bit concerned, but I was very impressed with there great service, I couldn't believe I got my order in super fast time.

I've have now dealt with this pharmacy 2 times over 2 years. They are aweful!!
They have sent incorrect orders, they have screwed up shipping and delivery.

And they will pester the crap out of you, calling you 10 times over a week, even after you have told then to delay an order. They will call another 4 times about shipping an order and not figure out they no longer carry that drug or dosage until after you get off the phone.

Then they will act like they will transfer your Rx to a local pharmacy only to never contact (according to both the FPharm CRS and my local pharmacy.) They will bill you for drugs you and your doctor have not ordered and when they screw up the delievery they will attempt to bill your credit card and insurance anyway. Believe me. They are not worth the savings. If I could bill them for my time they have wasted, it would be 3 times what I have 'saved'.

I decided to place an order when I received an email from Freedom-Pharmacy.com advertising their March Madness discount sale. Since I ordered from them once before, I decided to try them again. The sale price was excellent, but the speed of delivery isn't the fastest. My order was placed on 3-22-11 and I received it on 4-12-11. This was mainly due to the stock for my order being delayed until 4-05-11. It was shipped immediately however, on April 5TH. While awaiting my package arrival, I took it upon myself to research this company. After reading many poor reviews, I became very nervous. I began emailing both Freedom-Pharmacy and their shipping partner, Monarch Holdings, regarding my concerns about the validity of both my order and their companies. Both businesses addressed all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner and helped settled my nerves by reassuring me of everything. They were very understanding and showed great patience with me and their communication exceeded my expectations. As a matter of fact, I just finished writing an email to Freedom-Pharmacy thanking them and apologizing for doubting them in the first place. I recommend this trustworthy company. Just make sure to place an order well in advance.

I ordered some tretinoin gel. Then I came over to this site and read all the reviews about people never getting their stuff, so I was like, well, guess I'm never getting that.

But, it showed up yesterday. It took like two weeks or so. So, I guess sometimes people get their orders?

I was very reluctant to use an overseas pharmacy to order medication, but since I no longer have medical insurance, I couldn't afford the doctors visit plus panel of blood tests that would have been required to get me back on my maintenence thyroid medication. Freedom pharmacy was pricier than my meds would have been in the US, but forgoing the drs visit for a medication that I already know that I need, saves me money in the long run. Product was ordered on July 29th. I recieved it August 9th, so approximately 11 days. First time that I've used them, but my experience was good. Going to try to find another viable solution for medication procurement, but if I can't, I would definatley try using them again.

Pleased to report that the speed of delivery (for me at least) has sped up so that my orders now arrive to the UK within 10 days of placing the order, much more acceptable and faster compared to some other pharmacy websites I've used!! LT

Order from UK for blood pressure lowering medication took 20 days to arrive (a little on the long side compared to others 10 days or so), sent from Vanuatu in the South Pacific off the East coast of Australia (as do a great number of other pharmacy sites also!). Good price , good overall range of medications, plastic air cushion envelope so contents safe, needed a signature and had no customs charge to pay, though I'm not sure that will be the case every time (pot luck seemingly). Not had to use customer support in 3 succesful orders so put an average score in. Will continue to use for other medications my GP refuses to supply!

I've ordered Lynoral from them a couple of times and not had a problem with them, their delivery could be faster but it arrives recorded delivery and requires a signature so I'm not complaining.

Ordered from them after reading positive reviews. They charged me $292 quickly enough but never delivered. Repeated emails got only one reponse claiming they would resend. They never did. They never refunded my money. THey are a clear and definite scam operation. I wouldn't be surprised if the "positive reviews" are planted by them. And, I'm not confusing freedom-pharmacy with other "freedom pharmacy" companies. I have a screen capture of my order and it's the same website shown above. Customers beware.

This is a review for freedom-pharmacy with the link above. There are alot of "freedom pharmacies" on the net and I think people are confusing them.

I ordered from the above linked pharmacy 10 days ago and just got the pills. What was great about this site was that I could use my Master Card and they had my meds at such cheap prices. I specifically use and have a prescription for Seroquel but to buy it at a local pharmacy (rite-aid/cvs/walgreens) it costs between $99.99-135.00 per month or roughly $3.33 a pill. So for a years worth of meds, thats approx. $1200.00. Well, I found Seroquel at freedom-pharmacy and for a years worth it was only $58.00 and that includes the shipping. I cannot vouch for the prices of other meds offered but if you need Seroquel then I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

I ordered on 10-2-09...Never showed up....emailed them on 10-27-09 and waited 2 days....Got a reply saying that there was a market shortage and they cancelled my order and refunded my $138.00....I never received a refund and they waited until I was completely out of meds to tell me they had cancelled my order....They only told me then because I emailed and asked. Second time I ordered from them...Will not order again.

They are unreliable, WAY over-priced and want to siphon every dollar from troubled families who are unable to get pregnant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed my first order with freedom pharmacy 2 weeks ago. I received the order 11 days after ordering. It was shipped registered mail and I had to sign for the delivery. I'm very impressed with their quick shipping.

This was my 2nd experience with Freedom-Pharmacy. First time was just fine, this time, they surpassed my expectations. If there were a number higher for Customer Service rating, I'd use it.



Moments after clicking in my order (on a Saturday) I realized I had clicked the wrong strength of my asthma medication. I sent emails and called immediately, of course. First thing Monday morning there was an email from their customer service... long story short, they switched to the proper one for me before it even shipped out, even thought it was entirely my error.



Products arrived in record time this go-around, my March 23 order arrived at my house on April 1, with the correct products. I strongly recommend them, and am a very satisfied (and now loyal) customer.

Have ordered from freedom pharmacy 3 different times. Only once did they not ship my full order, I then notified them via e-mail and the rest PLUS more was resent. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery, I dont know why all the bad reviews but good to go.

This is the first review I've ever written; But I want to defend Freedom Pharmacy. I've used them for over 3 years, at least 6 times, and they have always came through for me. There have been a few times when I received an email from them after I placed an order that said they are out of stock (which worried me) But the products still arrived after about 3 weeks. I can imagine how often packages get lost in foreign countries and across the globe and how afraid companies are to refund money to someone who might be trying to scam them. I have been a little afraid to try other online pharmacies so I stay with Freedom because of their track record. Santa Barbara CA.

Used this comapny for years; only had good service from them. Very pleased.

I've been using Freedom pharma for over 3 years, to buy my asthma meds without a prescription.



They are ass-slow at delivering the meds, and one time they messed up an order, but other than that, no complaints here. By the way, when they messed up the order, I contacted support, and they sent out the missing meds, no questions asked.



Compared with the cost of health insurance, visiting a doctor, and then paying for meds I know I need, this is a bargain for me. I stock up every year a full year's supply.



Don't listen to all the bad stuff you read. Recall: some people are butts.

I first started looking at buying some meds on the net but had lots of problems finding someone who accepted Master Card. Sure, some sights say they do but when you finilise payment, after spending ages entering all your info, it only allows Visa to be selected.



Freedom Pharmacy didn't have this problem. The sale went through, no probs.



After placing the order, I decided to see if I could track it on their site. So, I googled freedom-pharmacy.com - That is how I found THIS site and another one like it.



Pretty much all bad reviews except one. After reading them I guessed my money was gone and was stressed for a few days. Not so much the money but now trying to find another place that takes Master Card and getting the meds before mine ran out....it was down to days.



I actually called my bank about cancelling the payment due to what I had read and they said they would dispute it for me and get the money back but suggested I wait for the time freedom-pharmacy said they would deliver by.



I'M GLAD I DID! They arrived yesterday, packaging was perfect and very discreet. Meds were all fine and with A LONG EXPIRATION DATE.



I'm not disputing the other comments, and nor do I dispute the spamming (I did receive some, but that could have been form the chat box from another pharmacy where I entered my email)



All the emails I sent were answered quickly and professionally. I got what I asked for quickly and cheaply.

Ordered goods and did not turn up! Took my money and got nothing back!

These people are riding the reputation of a very professional and reliable pharm I've used a few times - www.thefreedompharmacy.com. They are *not* run by the same people; freedom pharmacy is registered in California but thefreedompharmacy ships from overseas. I've never had a problem with them; one order didn't show up and they replaced it after asking me politely to wait 28 days in case the original showed up. I originally had the two confused, and did some research so I'm confident of my statement.

Ordered two bottles of eye drops from them and received only one bottle in a timely manner. Contacted them and within several days two more bottles were shipped to me. Thus, I got three bottles for the price of two. Service was good and the drops arrived in excellent condition. Would highly recommend.

I ordered meds on 9/17/07. I emailed this company about four times (there is no phone number) and received no reply. Finally, on Oct. 30, I received an email, from "Administration" saying I would receive a refund in a "few" days. Today is Nov. 7, 07 and still no refund.

This company will never receive my business again. I wish there was a way to warn people about them.

I paid for some Bactrim Oral Suspension and it never arrived. I emailed them several times but no reply. I have lost £30 Please don't order from this company they WILL diddle you.
