Last year or so, I purchased Modalert from this guys and because of an error in the website charged my visa with 2 orders. I phoned costumer service and they told me not to worry that i would get a refund. I got the meds and were good but not the extra order refund. i talked back to them and ask if they could just send the item and not refund it (because the drug worked) and they said that the refund was on the way. I am still waiting and the last time I spoke they told me that it was their visa company stalling the refund. They didn´t do anything else and they don´t even answer anymore questions on the subject.
Bottom line, they stole from me and know you can even purchase throught visa so you have no control over the money you send. It´s all faith on their good will that they don´t have.

It took about 3 weeks from the date I ordered to receive the ringwork medicine I needed. The tracking feature is great cause you get the code and enter it on the usps website. It does ship from India so takes a while. I ended up saving $100's of dollars (I didn't have) because I had no insurance to get the script. The only reason I didn't give customer service a 5 is because I had not heard of the brand "combitic global" that manufactured my pills, and wanted to make sure the medicine would be legit. No response back. Luckily I've taking this medicine before and it has a taste to the pill is you leave it on your tongue for more than 5 seconds (lol). So I was able to try it and had that taste that stays with you for a few minutes! ha. I can also report on day 4 that my ringworm is almost gone! Without the cheap price I paid from iwantmeds, there would have been NO way I got this medicine and my condition would have gotten worse. They are awesome!

I know there had been some concerns about this site sense they stopped taking credit cards. I payed with an e check and for speed post march 25th. They said it would still take 7 to 10 buisness days. One of the packages arrived today and the other is still stuck in customs in new York not their fault.This is the third time ive ordered from these guys.They are honest cheap and legit.
And whoever wrote that bad review about Soma was wrong cause all 180 pills were fine. The tramadol is goodtoo!

I was able to order with no problems in that time range. I did have trouble ordering one night at like 2 am, they seem to go down after hours for some reason? Use the Echeck, it is safe. I received an image of my online check (the name of company doesn't show in case you care about that) after it was processed and it was for the exact agreed amount. Now the only thing is waiting for the actual medicine. So far so good though. I will update my review if the speed of delivery/quality is not up to par when it actual comes. Until then, I'm positive on them so far.

The site has been down for over 2 weeks. When they last replied they said it would be up Thursday (Feb 28). The message says the ordering will be available in 24-28 hours. I am now concerned that they may not be back up. The site was working just fine as it was. They must be losing thousands or more dollars. The last time I think someone, maybe the competition brought them down since their prices are so much lower. And now I wonder if there is serious trouble to keep them out of business for so long.

Ordered from them in December. 9 days later got an email saying they can't process credit card payments but they'll let me know when they can. So I was patient for a while. Emailed them again in January saying my ordered had been canceled (which I didn't know) and they still can't take credit card payments. I wish they were proactive about the canceling of my order, though it was nice/comforting to get an email.

I am worried since the web site is down and no one answers the customer service line during business hours, or has returned my call since I left a voicemail. I got a shipping confirmation on 7/25/12 but the tracking number says it's been over ten days without any updates and doesn't give the delivery destination or the ship date on one site, and says it doesn't exist on another. This was my first time ordering from an online pharmacy. I will update if I get my parcel.

I ordered from this company in the beginning of July and sent my money via the e-bil method as they were not accepting visa pymts and since I haven't heard anything I have been checking the website to check on my order and it has still said new order. I went today and their website is completely gone! Does anyone know anything about this? Does anyone have the number for their customer service? I would greatly appreciate it.

i searced for months before i finally found I Want Meds and have stayed w/them for years. shipping time is good and the quality of the soma is comparable to what i would get here with a prescription. customer service is excellent --either by phone or email. great company!

on 4/29 I ordered some toradol and tramadol using the echeck method. The money was withdrawn from my checking account on 5/2. On 5/13 I had not yet received anything so I attempted to login to my account to check the status of my order. For some reason my account had been deleted. I only lost around $63.97. Avoid this place, obvious scam.

Ordered Soma and Tramadol on 02/12 (which was a Sunday so I expected a delay). The status didn't change after about a week, so I emailed support and they promptly replied and shipped the product. I know the site says 10-20 days, but this was barely 10. I will look forward to ordering from them again. All products are in the original blister packs with the manufacturer's label on them.

I purchased some 10mg isotretinoin (Accutane) pills from IWantMeds for the first time after my previous online pharmacy of choice started getting accused of making fraudulent charges on people's cards. I ordered Darvocet from this pharmacy. It was delivered within 10 days in unmarked packaging. The drug was as stated and the manufacturer is reputable according the my friend at Baxter. I have had no problems and would use again. I can't really speak for customer service as thankfully, I didn't have to call about anything.

But otherwise, a great site - I just wouldn't reccomed paying extra for fast shipping as it doesn't work to well.

Havent been dissappointed yet! Only once did it take over 2 wks to get my order. Reliable, love that they take echecks or have the ebillme option.

I was really leery of this site based on the suspicious reviews on here; most of the reviews were very generic and contrived. But I took a chance and it proved very fruitful. I chose the expedited shipping (which was only a small amount higher than normal shipping) and the package came within 5 business days from Mumbai! They have a pretty good selection of drugs, more than most on this list...their prices are very competitive as well. What I REALLY loved about the site was after placing my order, they sent me follow-up emails letting me know what was going on with my order and provided me a tracking number that actually worked!

Cons:
* They require you to list your full birth-date, which is disconcerting in this info-age.
* They require you to list something on the secondary address line (even if you only have info for a single address line) - I placed a star on the second line and it worked fine.
* The package that they sent the meds in was a little on the underwhelming side, but seeing as how I am used to Oberoi's packaging, it was not a big deal.

All meds were as specified, no fakes or weak ones. One package did not arrive, got stuck somewhere in India customs/mail and when I requested assistance, I received an email the next day with a tracking # sending it Express Mail. Great place to order medicine so that I can actually save money and our healthcare system is less impacted too. I love that they have lots of payment methods including an eBill method so that whether or not customers use a credit card they will be able to place an order. FYI, I had an order expedited because I was running out of the medication. It took about ten days but I looked at the USPS tracking and it was shipped from India within 48 hours and arrived in the US 2 days later. Then it got stuck in US customs for 5 days! So it's not IWantMeds.com that is slow, it's us. Once it got out the post office delivered it the next day. But I've noticed the pharmacy always ships very fast.

Some places offer free shipping but I like IWantMeds better and their shipping is only $10 per order. Plus they've 10% off discounts all the time.

One of my friends recommended the site, I have to say after reading up on Iwantmeds after reading the comment that someone said that there meds are fake, I decided to research on Google and yahoo blogs. And found out that is absolutely not true. They sold me meds from a pharma company named Cipla, the largest manufacture in India that is FDA approved. What was that guy talking about...?

I have to say there reputation is fantastic, and for a long time. They are the oldest dating online pharmacy through articles posting that I found. So I tried them twice. First time the phone rep helped me order, the guy was great. Then the package came in 7 days. Same thing for the second order. These guys are the real best pharmacy... that is my vote...

everything was good....but the product was fake....total waste of money.....do NOT shop here !!!!!!!!

I ordered meds on 02/02/11. Order was shipped on 02/04/11 and I received meds on 02/22/10 via registered mail. Prices are VERY reasonable. Delivery was also fast considering this company is based in India. The meds are generic and are made in India as well. The meds do NOT look like what you would normally get from an American pharmacy, so don't be suprised at the packaging and color of the pills.
