BLACKLIST JIM!

I've been a loyal starliter for ~10 years, since before Jim was the owner even! But that didn't stop him from ripping me off like everyone else. When I emailed about it he replied:
"Hello and a good day.

As stated in our terms and conditions on the website, we don't do reshipments.
But to show our goodwill we are willing to reship it this time only.
Your reship has been prepared and will be mailed tomorrow morning.

Jim"

...And this was late March, way after people were posting about problems! 6 weeks later and still nothing.

Sad.

Can anyone recommend a half-decent alternative? (with price and quality of service in mind)??

This used to be a wonderful place to obtain quality products at a decent price. I would order enough so that I would only have to order yearly.
I placed an order in February for $200, with shipping and Western Union it was around $235. By late March I notified Jim that I hadn't received the two shipments or any type of notice from the Post Office or Customs. He said he would reship, I promised to pay if I received a double shipment as my experience with his company has always been good. By the end of April, still nothing, send him a follow up email asking him to check his records, that was about a week ago and he has not responded. I'm sad I lost the money but I'm also sad greed got ahold of Jim and such a reliable OSP is now gone. :(

Just posting this so nobody else gets burned...my experience is the same as previous poster. Prompt replies from Jim at first, and now...nothing. This guy seemed so honest in the beginning and now it is pretty obvious he not only failed to deliver, but was actually taking orders well after people had been complaining about no deliveries. That makes it even worse since it's seems obvious that he was screwing people as long as he possibly could! What a creep! I guess I was somewhat lucky since my order was a small one; sorry to all who really got burned by this jerk. But, you know what they say...what goes around, comes around. Karma has a way of coming back to bite people like this.

Jim is no reliable that is for sure....{Lace 4 orders and received one.

Placd two more and nothing - Jim is not even responding to my emails - he used to be pretty good even if it was to say I shipped it - I very much doubt he ever did

Its not until now Ive noticed the decline in this guys service going by the most recent reports. Basically I placed a sample order worth $70 and was told it should take up to 14 days to reach me (Scotland, UK). 3 weeks later i told him it still had not arrived, he said there has been delays recently but everyone is getting their orders now so It should come, at this point he actually said to me "make sure you check your junk mail" which I thought was a little odd but at this point never took it as suspicion but looking back he obviously trying to put ideas into my head on how the order may have been binned accidently or whatever. So over 4 weeks passed, i spoke him into re-sending the order as i explained i would be placing much larger orders aslong as it arrived and was good quality. At this point something told me this guy was dodgy, like a gut feeling, from the way he worded his email i guess. So now almost another month has passed and now im being completely ignored. Its obvious he told me he re-sent just to get me off his back and at same time making him look good for re-sending so when resend never came "he atleast tried his best" but no, this guy has given me false hope for 2 months, stole my money and generally pi$$ed me off. This is virtually confirmed by the latest reviews. JIM you are a dirty scamming rat!

I am so sad about Starlite. Made three orders in February... and like other reports received an email from Jim about getting a reshipment. Never got it... and he hasn't responded since.
Never had a problem with him so I'm extremely disappointed.
Is there any other service someone can recommend?

I had previously posted positive review for StarLite based on several order. I now have to join the ranks of customers who appear to be scammed by them! Waiting over a month now, which in itself wouldn't necessarily prompt me to change my review, but the website has disappeared, and my emails to J*, which have always been promptly answered, are now not being replied to. It's a shame because J* seemed to have always been a real stand-up guy, seemed so trustworthy and honest that's it is really hard to believe he has resorted to scamming people. If anything happens to change my mind I will post.

I cannot read any replies to my post on this topic because I am a new member, but after reading hundreds of stories of people that also have not received any orders placed with SL in February or later, it is pretty clear that they have turned scammer. As of last week, he was still replying to emails and offering to send out reships, but I have come to accept that he is only doing this to buy himself time and encourage people to continue to place orders (which I stupidly did--4 orders total). Hundreds of people claim to have gotten the same generic response, with some more recent replies adding details about delays due to Easter. I have read a theory that this is a cycle that is repeated every several years by someone in that country. They are very reliable and build up a high level of trust, and then just steal money for three months before closing shop and popping up under a new name. It is hard to complain, I know the risk of operating with these types of businesses. I will keep my eye out for a new pharmacy with very similar products later this year. . .

While I did have a successful order in August, Starlite has now become blacklist-eligible. As of late February and March 2013, customers are no longer receiving their already placed orders. This can be confirmed on several other forums, including Starlite's shill site, Drugbuyersguide. The admins started quietly snuffing out/banning the newbies who posted about no orders received, but they can't very well ban the senior members there, and they're reporting the same thing. Jim is sending everyone the same copy-paste response when asking about their order. The site has likely been compromised.

Excellent quality, service, secure delivery. Have ordered twice so far with no issues. Only gripe is you can't use credit card and I hate wasted time & hassle of sending money by western union, but quality of his products makes up for it. Highly recommended!

1 transaction. very smooth. Customer Service excellent. Delivery time about 2 1/2 weeks .Excellent packaging. All intact and and superb packaging. Quality good. even sent samples. Will use again soon.

Did not receive order thru U.S. remailer. Maybe is was remailer's fault but I am out the $ & Jim says why did I wait so long to complain. It was because I just figured I got scammed. Remailer wants tracking number & I don't have that so I got screwed!

Ordered from Jim many times. Not the cheapest on the web and annoyingly far away from me. Otherwise very reliable and helpful, the only online pharmacy that has been going as long as I started looking.

Second order with JIm. Extremely courteous and an excellent place to get your own personal meds. I highly recommend him. You do need to register with him prior to your first order.

CS, jim is surly on a good day and paranoid schizoaffective on balance. His products by and large are manufactured in a bathtub, i.e. his codeine, just as an example. More trouble than his worth. Given his unstable personality it is hard to believe he is still a drug dealer.

I have no news as to whether Jim's pharmacy is still operational. This is just a review of past orders. I have ordered a variety of things from starlite and have always found the quality of there service and products to be great. The time till delivery can be variable and sometimes lengthy, but I have always received my orders eventually. The packaging is masterful and discreet. I highly recommend starlite and hope that they will be back online soon.

I have been dealing with Starlite for years and NEVER had one problem. One order did get siezed at customs a few years ago and it was quickly resent for no charge. Their customer service is excellent. Shipping is very fast, I live in Rhode Island. I have gotten it in as little as 6 days. They are by far the best I know of. I reccomend the rivotril, excellent.

Been dealing with Jim for many years now. No problems whatsoever. Excellent communication times and customer service. Apart from the shipping times I have alsolutly no complaints. Order shipped 12/24/2011....Recived 1/12/2012. Usually quicker than that however I am sure the holidays were the cause of the *short* delay.

This was my second order with Starlite and it arrived surprisingly quick. The product is great quality. I'm happy with both of my experiences. I feel comfortable using them in the future.

Jim used to be very reliable. Never had a problem, and orders would arrive here in North America in as little as 10 days. Now my last two orders have never arrived and Jim hasn't had much to say about it. He's certainly not sending a replacement order. Anyways, two orders placed in September and November have not arrived and I won't be using Starlite anymore. Which is too bad, because they were an excellent source for a while.

Overall this pharmacy is one off the best, i order from starliterx regularly, i've allways got what i ordered, sometimes even some bonus(ordered 80x valium, got 100x:).

So I like I stated, I just placed an order today. They only deliver to certain states, mainly East Coast states. Being that I am located in the Midwest, I had to get a remailer. This will be my first experience with a remailer and with Starlite. All I can state so far is that they had great communication and the prices are definitely decent. I will do an update when I receive my order stating the product quality, the shipping time, and any other helpful information! :)

FYI I am rating everthing a 5 for now just b/c I have to provide ratings to post this review. I will update with real ratings ASAP!

Was a bit worried about all the bad press they have been getting recently but gave it a go. Everything was spot on will defiantly continue to use.

I'm two for two with this website. Products are of super quality, there is a very nice selection, and the prices are difficult to beat. Packages are VERY discreet, and customer service is great. Of all the online pharmacies I've ever ordered from, this is by far the BEST. Delivery is typically between 2 to 3 weeks to the USA. If the website owner is reading this, "thanks a million"!

Love good old Jim. Always get what was ordered. Usually sent in 2 separate halves or more. Last order took 15 days for 1st letter but 28 for 2nd. Mailed 2 days apart from the post mark but it takes time to get to the SE US I suppose...

Two order completed out of two. Professional packaging. Very polite and fast replaying to email.

I got my 1st delivery in 15 days, regular mail, and my second in 9 days. Quality of pills is good, not great. Customer service is excellent. Packaging was very discreet.

They aren't taking any more customers so they must have as much business as they can handle.
