Had super super experience with this company. Have used them many times and always been blown away by their customer service, product, and shipping.

Very sadly before Toppharmacy went offline. I ordered some medication, and they made a mistake and sent me a smaller amount. I spoke to a lady named Rebecca, previously mentioned below. She was very lovely and very helpful, and said that she would re-ship my order. I was only owed 25 pills, however yesterday I received 60. I am so very upset that they are no longer in business. I doubt I will ever find another pharmacy as wonderful, and as honest as them. If the owner of this site reads this, could you please update their information above, and please suggest another pharmacy like this one? I would be so grateful. This site is great, and has helped me a lot. I just pray that Toppharmacy comes back online, as they are such wonderful people to deal with. Lisa from Australia. The previous reviewer is right: currently (Nov 12) Top Pharmacy is out of business. So this comment is just in case they come back "on stream" in future. I am with those reviewers who have said this firm was excellent. I used them over a couple of years, and found that they always delivered what they said they would. Customer service was fine, with good and quick communication by phone or email. What I think probably happened to them is that the EU (nosey bureaucrats) have been doing a detective job, shutting down on-line pharmacies (and, suprise surprise, shovelling money into the pockets of "official" suppliers). Since TP operated within the EU, I think they probably got shut down in this way. As to the person who said that a "Rebecca" had given him false info - my best guess is that some unscrupulous outfit managed to grab incoming communications to TP, after it had gone out of business, and used them to con people. In all my communications with TP, there was nobody called "Rebecca". So maybe the point is: if you are in touch with an on-line pharmacy and get an answer from "Rebecca", watch out!

I for one and VERY sad that they are closed. Top Pharmacy was the best pharmacy online. They looked after their customer's, their prices were great, and their product was excellent. I have never had an order seized from them, as they go out of their way to make sure this doesn't happen. And they were always helpful. The bad feedback is simply not true. Them charging people's credit cards, is complete rubbish. Also, they do not treat you like rubbish. But I guess it doesn't matter now that they are closed. Autumn, Susan and Rebecca were lovely, and most helpful. I hope you all find new positions with other pharmacies.

This company no longer exists, and I totally understand why. They promise you everything, but in the end it's all lies. They promised my extra Xanax pills. They did not deliver. They asked me to provide evidence, which I did, and sent photos, and the envelope with the wrong amount written on it. After a week of communicating with a seemingly kind and helpful "Rebecca" (Now, I know it was all FAKE), she told me they would resend my missing order. 2 days later I was given a tracking number. I felt really relieved, and truly impressed. I have had a death in the family and am under a lot of stress. 14 days later the tracking number doesn't exist. The phone numbers are disconnected and they have constantly ignored me since they sent me the bogus tracking number. A number most likely just made up. It's disgusting the way they lie to you. Why not just be honest with someone who has given you a lot of money? I guess this is why they are no longer in business, as they lie, and treat you terribly.

Again, this pharmacy lives up to it's name. I received my package with in 2 weeks, and the medication was perfectly packaged, and is very good quality, with the used by date being 2015. The customer service is excellent (Rebecca is great),she answers all your questions, and replies very quickly to any email. Unfortunately their site is down at the moment. But I truly hope to make another order as soon as it's back up and running. I have yet to come across a better pharmacy online. I strongly believe all the negative reviews on here are fake!

I started using Top Pharmacy in late 2009 and they were incredible. Then, after about 6 months, they increased their prices by about 300%. My first order was for 100 Valium 10mg for $90 USD - within a few months they were looking for a few hundred dollars for exactly the same thing! Also, they never fulfill their promises of "free extra pills". This pharmacy owes me 60 Valium and each time they forgot they apologized and promised they would include with my next order. Finally, I said, "I will not place a new order until you mail me the 60 pills owed." From then on, they ignored all my emails and never delivered on their great offer of the bonus pills. I used to be a delighted customer of Top Pharmacy, but now I won't order from them since they treat loyal customers with total disrespect in the end. I've now found a far better pharmacy in the U.K. which is far superior to Top Pharmacy. This U.K. pharmacy delivers top quality products at far cheaper prices within one week. Their customer service is also far superior to Top Pharmacy. I often had to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery from Top Pharmacy. At one time, Top Pharmacy was at the top, but now, they are at the bottom in my books. Sorry, Top Pharmacy -- but, this is what happens when you treat dedicated customers like trash.

Their service is great, prices are great, and most of all the product is excellent, and it safely arrives. How can you suggest my review was bad, due to the positive experiences I've had? I'm from Australia, an adult, and have NO reason to lie. If my experience was bad, I would've written that. If you are not happy with Topphamracy, go away and find another pharmacy. I doubt you'll find one as good as them though.

I have ordered from this pharmacy twice before. Once using Visa, and once using Western Union. Both orders arrived, and they product was fantastic. The service was also very good. Autumn really cares about you, and is always happy to help. I would certainly use them again. They are a pharmacy who can be trusted.

I have used this site twice before, with excellent customer service, and always received the product. This time, however, the customer service was really poor and, yes, when I realised they no longer dealt with Visa it did ring alarm bells with me. Although I have had a lot of problems trying to get them to answer my e-mails and actually answer the questions which they seem very adept at ignoring, I have received the diazepam I ordered which has an expiry date of 2015. Their customer service is still catching up though, I received the product yesterday and an e-mail today saying it had been sent! I am not sure whether I would use them again - I think I would need to check the reviews before I placed a further order.

If only I had read the reviews. Do not use this pharmacy. Or any pharmacy who only accepts Western Union. Once they take your money, you have zero back-up. Which is why they swapped to Visa. Apparently they has a "problem" with Visa, which has taken 3 months to fix. There is now no option to pay via Visa. Why? Because if things went wrong, you could get your money back from Visa. Which lots of people did. Now, you get nothing. Now orders, no service. Other pharmacies are more expensive, because they have great customer service. This places only likes you when they take your money. After that, they want nothing to do with you. STAY AWAY!!!!

Beyond disappointed with this pharmacy. They no longer accept visa, only Western Union. (Red Flags) So, if something goes wrong. You have no back up whatsoever. I paid the day I ordered. 3 weeks later, my payment was still sitting there. I have zero idea why it takes 21 days to collect a payment. I kept emailing them, it would take 4 days for them to reply. I kept getting told it would be the "end of week" over again. The never give you a proper answer, or answer any questions. If you order from them, they will reply within minutes. However, if something goes wrong, expect a very delayed response, and CONSTANT excuses. I would never, ever use this pharmacy again!

I have ordered with this pharmacy 4 times before. Firstly; their customer service is absolutely fantastic. (I certainly would not believe the reviews on here about it being bad. Those are simply NOT TRUE). Autumn Wood is amazing. She completely puts your mind at ease, and answers EVERY email promptly. (Even if they are stupid and worrying questions) Secondly the product cannot be faulted. I bought Xanax, and it's exactly the same as the Xanax you would receive from your Doctor. Thirdly; the postage is packaged very well, and the delivery is very fast. I would without a doubt recommend this Pharmacy to anyone. Thank you so much Top Pharmacy, I would give you 10 out of 10 if I could.

Have ordered several times off the supplier and never had any problem.

I have been using them for three years now, mainly for Xanax and sometimes Valium. The first delivery was great, good Xanax product by Cipla, with an product expiration date of 1.5 years after delivery date. Order arrived with 4-6 weeks to Europe (which is advertised)and as always good customer services.

The second delivery of Xanax and Valium about 1 year later included yellow Xanax not made by Cipla and of inferior quality. The valium was top quality. This was not as advertised and I was disappointed.Worse, the expiration date of the tablets was 9 months after delivery date. How can I consume 200 Valium and Xanax within 9 months? I
I raised this at upon delivery was was first told I would get a refund, then was informed to send the unused product ater it had expired back for free replacement. When I did this a few months later I was informed that it was not possible to get free replacements, but that they would give me a 25% reduction on my next order. Right after that I received a sales newsletter from TopPharmacy stating that all new orders qualified for a 25 discount for registered customers. As you might imagine I was not amused. I raised this and they said the 25% was the best they could do.

So for my third order order I got the 25% reduction, the (good) Cipla branded Xanax, with an expiration date of +1.5 years after delivery. So all good.

In conclusion, I will remain a customer of TopPharmacy, as their product is good,and customer service is excellent. Be prepared for some hassle if things go wrong, and check the brand of Xanax they ship you (Cipla is best!). Also good to mention you want an expiration date of at least 1.5 years after delivery. And only accept Cipla branded Xanax. With Valium I have never had a problem. Customer serice is always quick to reply but you need to stay on top of them.

This was a horror shop . I ordered something and i translate the money at once. So i get a mail that they recieved the payment and i think 2 days later i get the tracking number. I waited but i could see where my order is.Than i saw that my order with this tracking number was delivered to a person in UK. I get aEmail from TOPPharmay, that threre exist problems with Visa an that they return the money to me by using western union and give me instructions to pay again also with western union. so i call Visa,again they said that the money was translatetd to this pharmacy and that threre exist no problembs. i called Toppharmacie the answer was :dont worry your order is still in Uk you get it next week. The first e-Mail was a mistake. Now i get an email from Toppharmacy again. The stus of my order is pending refunding. At the End you pay, you wait ,yoe get promisses ...Finaly you lost your money uand you get no order . So stay away from this "Pharmacie" becuse they take your cash and they deliver nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so be careful there are other Pharmacies which are correct.Tis one is uncorrect.

ssll was OK on my order. I ordered non controlled items.received it.had the company call to confirm delivery.I'm a true customer. Top pharmacy tell me that several attempts were made to deliver my pills. This is not true as no delivery note was left. I was working from home the week that they say delivery attempts were made and no-one tried to deliver anything. I have emailed them many times but they are of little help. They have taken my money and not delivered. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!

This was my fourth purchase from Toppharmacy, and as usual the entire process from ordering to delivery at the local post office was flawless. The product was discretely and very securely packaged. The customer service was excellent, and the product worked very well. I ordered Tramadol because my house-doctor is very restrictive with issuing sufficient prescriptions to counter my severe and widespread pains. The product delivered was doubtlessly Tramadol, and I am very pleased to be able to be able work full-time, even though I am often fully exhausted.

I will unquestionably use Toppharmacy again; in fact I will place a new order tonight. The only detail that was a little bit disappointing was that the two initial deliveries took long time to arrive (approx. five weeks). The time of delivery of the two last orders, however, arrived swiftly (approx. two weeks) – and for me this is fully satisfactory.

I would take the opportunity to send my warmest thoughts to Customer Service Manager Katherine Smith for her excellent service, efficiency and friendliness. I always feel like a valued customer when receiving her kind mails. It seem like Katherine personally watch over the delivery process of every orders. I have used several suppliers in the past. However, some fail to deliver. Most probably not related to the supplier but the country it is shipped from (I got warned about supplies from Pakistan). What I like the most is that you get an answer promptly when contacting TopPharmacy. This gives me a lot of confidence when doing business via the internet. Top Pharmacy USED to be an excellent pharmacy. However, in the one instance that my goods were seized by customs (I provided them a scanned copy of document), they turned on me. They said they would NOT refund my order because if they did then they would have to ban me from future sales. So I agreed to a reshipment, which never arrived, and they never provided proof that it was even sent. Went I challenged them on this, I was given a total run-around until they stopped replying to my emails. I was forced to get Visa to retrieve my money since they stopped communicating with me, and now, coincidentally, I have suddenly started receiving all kinds of fraudulent activity on that same Visa card, so much so that it had to be cancelled. Retribution from Top Pharmacy? I believe so.

Ordering was easy enough however when i received the sleeping pills they did not even work, they came from india and likely are fake, i asked to return the product for a refund as per there policy, they asked for photos, i provided photos showing that i had only opened the one pill...after sending them two more emails they finally responded stating they would send out new pills, i stated i did not want more pills but wanted to return the product for a full refund as per what they state on there site, i have not heard back from them ever since, there website also in the past 6 months keeps going down, likely being taken offline by the hosts. Avoid this company, there products are fake and there customer service is there until you want your money back then they do not want anything to do with you.

Great service, very fast customer response (by Katherine Smith)and always on average quick delivery. I used several internet suppliers in the past but several times did not receive my order. In most cases the money was returned but in the end I did not get my (desperately) needed medication. In addition very difficult to contact. TopPharmacy is responding fast but also in a very personal manner (probably Katherin's style) which always makes me feel sure I get the medication. And in the end that's what it is about. Scam. I received no product either. When I contact the "company" they send me a form letter and tracking information about a package from India. Their contact phone # is also not real.

This Pharmacy is a scam. No product delivered and they have stopped responding to our mails. The Track and trace id was bogus. Avoid at all costs
