Waited for over 3 months. Customer service claimed it was "shipped" finally arrived after close to 4 months. Tried the same service again and the same thing happened. They are quick in charging your card. I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge the last time I tried them.

I received generic viagra and got sick. The pills were not the same as received in a previous order, orders same product. Not sure any quality control with topills, may have been poison?

The Last two times I've used this service somebody has hacked my credit card within two weeks of ordering. This was the only place that I use the card so they had to hack my number. I told Customer service about this the first time thinking they Would do something about it. Nothing is been done I ordered four months later And it happened again. I will not use this service again

DON`T BUY FROM TOPILLS YOU ARE LUCKY IF YOU RECIVE THE PILLS YOU ORDER. THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY.

Waited 3 weeks for the product, and nothing. I contact customer service, "We shipped it. Must have gotten lost in transit. We'll try again." Another 2 weeks, still nothing. Another call to customer service, same story. It finally arrives in a discreet, hand-addressed, nondescript envelope (good), but the packaging inside did not even look like anyone had even bothered to run up a good fake. I take some. The product is subpotent. Not complete drek (hence the "1" for quality), but not even close to the real thing. I threw the rest in the trash and chalked it up to bad luck. The customer service people were nice enough, I suppose. But other than that, not much to recommend.

I have ordered from them many times and have been completely satisfied. Sometimes the delivery takes longer than I'd like but what does one expect dealing with those from India and the stupid lazy custom people in NY. I have even gotten a couple free orders with the last one being where the India PO went on strike, When they came back they simply ignored the packages waiting for them to process and started in on the current packages. Topills simply reordered my product. Unfortunately when one orders from any on-line pharmacy, every other in the world sends you emails and with me it is to the tune of about 100 each day. Most use such irriating marketing ploys and buy your name contacts to get you to open. I don't use Facebook because they sell contact names.

Anyway, Topills is the beston-line pharmacy I have dealt with.

When buying from topills they assured me of the goods would be sent from within EU, but they werent, wich mean the goods were confiscated at the borders.
They adverize a moneyback guarantee for not delivered goods, but have got no reply from the company since the trade.
Not only that, less than a week after, my creditcard was for the first time in history abused. So now i need to spend further money and time ordering new creditcard, and have to go a week with out it. :(

OK, an update already. This morning the mailman brought down a registered-mail envelope. Sure enough, the product arrived fine, with no nasty notes from Health Canada. The labeling of the envelopes looks identical, same shipment center, same tracking methods. The only difference is that the latest envelope is somewhat larger. Luck of the draw I guess, regarding not being interfered with in getting the personal use product, manufactured in a professional facility, that poses no danger to the general public. The only valid case for restricting my access of this particular product, as I see it, is that it appears the product's patent doesn't expire for a couple of years yet. (I do support periods of exclusivity for the big guys to get their research dollars back, but after that point general competitive market forces should rule.)

I've ordered from here a couple of times and it's turned out fine. Potency has been good too, no complaints. However I have had shipments not arrive, but a call or email to their customer service got new product shipped that then did make it through. I hope that's the case with an outstanding order I have -- I just received the original shipment envelope (as it was late, I'd already contacted the company for more), but instead of my pills it was filled with notes from Canada Customs and Health Canada that I am a ne'er-do-well and will probably bring down the entire medical establishment. Fingers are crossed for the next batch.

Avoid Topills. They will rip you off.
I had a very bad experience with this company. There sales rep, Ryan Kenta, directed me to pay via PayPal instead of paying with credit card. The PayPal address was registered to Topills. However, I should have know better. I did not receive my order and I have not gotten my money back. Their Customer Service rep, Andrea Gaele, has acknowledged they received my payment and sent me numerous email saying they are processing the refund. But as you probably have guessed, I have not received anything and I doubt I will. I would stay away from this company at all cost. Big Scam!!!

I've been scammed by this website. Some Indian-sounding lady called me to verify my order. She was slightly inconsistent (i.e. she said I was returning customer, while it was my first time), but it didn't trigger much doubt in me. She told me they were having trouble with credit card payment, and asked me if i wanted to pay via pay-pal. I refused.

I was called two times in the next two weeks, by some Indian gentleman, who also tried to talk me into paying via pay-pal. I was tired of waiting (no credit card charges appeared), so I agreed and he send me pay pal details. He also told me they have a system, and my order with change the status within minutes after the payment.


I've made the pay-pal payment, and guess what. No order change, no meds sent. When I ask them about that, they polite tell me "the billing department is working on that" or something. They are very polite, you have to give them that.

Briefly after I've made the payment pay-pal froze my account. Apparently there must have been complaints about my pay-pal "business partner" being a scam.

I believe they must be doing selective scamming. If it helps to profile for a possible scam victim, I was a first-time customer with a rather large order (~300$).

I don't know what some reviewers are smoking but I found everything Top Notch from Top pills. Placed my 1st order Jan 9th 2012 Ordered sample pack of soft cialis and viagra. Was worried it would not pass customs. Order shipped out Jan 11th arrived at BC custom Jan 23rd sat for 7 days and parcel arrived Jan 31st no problem. Tried half of tab viagra and worked wonderfully. I will order again without hesitation.

I have made several purchases from Topills the first one was counterfit Viagra. Got a phone call from someone who offered me a 20% discount on my next order. I've made several purchases of generic cialis 20mg. They always seem to be about half the strength of pharmacy grade cialis (take 2 to achive the results as the real thing.

Made a purchase December 2nd at it is now January 3rd and still have not received order, so much for 21 business day's delivery day's as promised. Called customer service today and they said they would re-ship my order I asked if I could pay for express shipping and the answer was no. So much for customer service.

My wedding anniversey if January 5th and I guess that Topills has taken the fun out our special day. Thank's a lot Topills.

I'm on my 5th order from them and they've always shipped within 3 days. It actually gets to the US east coast in another 3 days, then sits in customs for 7-10 days. The couple of times I've had a question or a problem the customer service has been good. There are cheaper sites for ED drugs, but not by much and I like the reliability of this site. If you google their 800 number you'll find the other sites run by the same company, and sometimes you'll find cheaper prices on the sister sites, like topills.net.

Order not delivered after a month. No tracking number. Very disappointed.

Ordered Viagra 100mg from Topills, size and color appeared different from American made Viagra 100mg. Sent several samples to Pfizer forensic lab for testing in origional packinging. Pfizer sent me lab results, these are counterfeit and warned me not to take or administer them to anyone. Wish I had not taken the first one of these pills (bad side effects)! Beware of anything coming from Hong Kong labeled electronics that is supposed to be Viagra 100mg.

Got a phone call from an individual claiming to represent Topills(glad i have the phone number on my cell) who offered me a 20% discount on my next order. My money was refunded but would you order from them again?

I ordered branded cialis and viagra from Topills.com. The pills arrived in a package from China. The pills have logos, but the pills do not look exactly the same as cialis pills I had ordered last year from another source (and those worked). I am afraid that these pills are fake and contain who-knows-what.



Anyone have a similar experience?

Bought a pack of 50mg generic viagra and eventually received a small anonymous package from India. Did get email follow-ups to make sure the delivery arrived which was nice. Pill packaging looks genuine. However, I've found the pills don't work as I understand viagra should work. Have tried it up to 75mg and found it just gave me a headache. It's either me or I suspect the pills might be fake.

Got the V I ordered promptly and in a non-descript envelope. Will order from again! A+++ The guys fuckingruled!

I ordered using AMEX, one of the four major credit cards the site prominently advertised that they accept. Once they had my credit card and personal information and order, they emailed me and said the order could not be completed, and asked for a phone number (which they already had been given) where they could contact me.



I was contacted by phone and they told me they DO NOT ACCEPT AMEX FROM ANYONE DUE TO RECENT PROBLEMS WITH AMEX, and they tried to persuade me to send them an eCheck. The caller had an Eastern european accent, like BORAT.



I declined and offered to use another credit card, at which point they indicated that it was not just AMEX but all credit cards they no longer accept. I asked why the website advertised very prominently that they accepted all major credit cards. They answered that the problems were recent.



Since their answers were inconsistent, I cancelled the order. Also strange is that the name of this pharmacy changes as you order. The final receipt indicated that the name of the pharmacy was "edpharmacy.us"



I am not pleased that they took all my major credit card and personal information before informing me that they do NOT take any credit cards.



I would exercise caution with this pharmacy.

I ordered from BM and Topills on the same day but I ordered generic and brand name pills from Topills.

BM took 5 days for their generics.

Topills took 12.

The brand name pills took 15 days and had the address off by one digit on the package. Luckily it was the last digit but still thats a little sloppy.

But I did get what I ordered so I can't bitch too much.

Have used these peolpe before and found them to be pretty good overall. I wont say what I bought on here but it definitely worked!! I like paying the extra for medicines made by the big pharmaceutical companies so I can recognise the packaging. Id probably trust their 'generic' pills as well, but I dont mind paying a bit extra
