What else can I say. They cashed my check promptly and never delivered. None of my inquireies were answered. The price was only about $60 so it doesn't really make sense to spend another $25 to stop payment on the check....that must be thier strategy becasue they don't deliver anything.

totally fake
What else can I say. They cashed my check promptly and never delivered. None of my inquireies were answered. The price was only about $60 so it doesn't really make sense to spend another $25 to stop payment on the check....that must be thier strategy becasue they don't deliver anything.

The website had a different layout back in June 2008 when I placed my order. I ordered online and was emailed a confirmation and an invoice number. The email instructed me to fax a copy of a check to them for processing at 888 558 1436. I got a money order and faxed them a copy before it was mailed out. A couple weeks later I got a medical history form to fill out and was to complete it at my 'earliest convenience' and to expect a status letter within 3 weeks after they get my completed form. Well, it is now November 11, 2008 and no word from them at all. I forgot all about it actually (because I found a better site) until I was sorting some old paperwork and found a copy of the email. I tried to contact them via fax but the number is constantly busy and I am unable to get through. There is no phone number listed either. The website sucks and I should have known by it's poor quality that this was not a legit business but I was too excited by the chance that I had found someone legit. I had saved the email confirmation that they sent to me so I have replied to that but will not get my hopes up. I think if I get mad about it enough, I will but a roll of stamps and send them hate letters everyday. I don't even know their official name because the email letter stated that the payment 'will be processed VIA Net Support Services Inc.' so that doesn't help much.
