First, any overdose of any pharmaceutical substance can cause serious side effects & death.

Re: Tamiflu overdose, at present, there's no recorded experience of overdose though doses up to 1000 mg of this drug have been associated with nausea and/or vomiting.

As with Revia, very limited records shows experience of overdose. There has been a study where subjects (human) were given up to 800mg daily for 1 week which showed no evidence of toxicity. In animal studies however, high doses up to 100mg/kg resulted to death of the subjects due to respiratory failure and/or tonic-clonic seizures.
