"Propranolol may cause drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, or vision changes. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Propranolol with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
...Propranolol may lower your blood sugar levels.
....Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
Constipation; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; fatigue; lightheadedness; mild pain, swelling, or redness at the injection site; nausea; stomach upset or cramping; trouble sleeping; vomiting; weakness."
Also, I am taking a class that deals with information about drugs, usually the frequency will not affect side effects because drugs like this are intended to stay in your body at a steady rate (meaning one big dose or several small doeses) the main side effectys this might affect are probably upset stomach, also, the more ammount of a medication you take the higher the chances of side affects are, if you have any concerns though, call your doctor~
