This maybe relevant or it could be just a load of useless information but I`m an IBS sufferer and I`ve found porridge has helped no end. I have Scotts porage oats made with soya milk as I`ve cut out the dairy as well and since I`ve been having this for breakfast every day my IBS has all but cleared up. I realise they`re 2 different ailments but anything`s worth a try?
