It has been my experience that there is no magic pill for weight loss. It will come off with good old fashioned exercise and watching the calorie/fat intake. It has to be a program that you can live with and that you can make the new way you live. If it is a crash diet or a pill that helps you lose weight..then the chances of it coming back are high. Get a dietision to help make a plan or do some good recearch and make one yourself. Fat cells or pockets will always be in your body, even once you lose weight. The cells will shrink and seem to be gone, but they are not. That is why it is easy to gain weight back, they fill back up with fat. If a crash, stravation diet is used to lose, your body will go into starvation mode and create new fat cells for the next time your body is shocked into starvation...so, please don't try that method. For me, eating can be a habit, do it when you are bored or emotional eating etc...that is when you need to fill that space in your life and mind with a new "habit". Excersise, learning an instrument, art, joining a club, or tking up a part time study of interest will fill the void where food seems to fill. I do not know alot about the pill, so i don't know if there are side effects. good luck, and it is a life long change required.
