Absolutely not! Lexapro mixed with alcohol causes overdoses. When I was on Lexapro, I would go out and have 1 mixed drink or 2 beers. No more then that. Antidepressants make you quite sensitive to alcohol. (While I was on it I got alcohol poisoning, not a fun time.) Have a drink or two but say no beyond that! Best Wishes!
