Reva Lation is on a distinguished road
My child also had both when he was young. The doctors told me that the nebulizer did better job of getting the medicine into the system and into the lungs where it is needed faster. I noticed that the side effects (hyperness mainly) were not as sever when we used the nebulizer and added a saline solution to the medicine. (Ask your doctor if it is ok) My son fought the whole procedure as well so I would do it when he was asleep and just let the mist blow on him (called a blow by) without him really sucking it in. The doctor told me that was ok - but not great. I said well he cries and fights it. And this is going to sound mean but I was desperate and I trusted the doctor so I did it. The doctor said the more the child cries the more he breathes in and the more medicine he gets so the better it is so force him to breath it in. Hold him tight and make him breath it in. Ok I did not physically hold my child down it never got that bad but I did hold him i my lap and held the mask to his face and would not let him take it off. It was hard to do but it really did help him get better faster. Once my child figured out that it was gonna be ok he stopped fighting it as much and it became second nature. By the time he was two he could set the machine up al by himself.

That is what we went through with the meds. I hope I helped. Wish you best of luck.
