I am so sorry to hear this. I was in the ER today for close to the same thing. I will find out more tomorrow. They didnt see anything in my uterus either but my HCG levels are too low which makes my doc think that I am in the beginning stages rather than a miscarraige. I have been laying here thinking of about how I would tell my fam also. My sister had a good thing to keep in mind. If you can have a tubal pregnancy or a miscarraige.. that just means you CAN get pregnant at least. I know it will be rough at first but it WILL happen.
