Hi

I am 21 years old, have been trying to conceive for 2 years.

My periods are very irregular, They come about every 3-4 months, so i never know when i am getting one.

I went to the doctors a couple of weeks ago and had a blood test done, and i went back in for the results on Tuesday.

The Doctor said i have PCOS. She says she is going to put me on Metformin but she needs to speak to the endocrinologist to see if she can put me on Metformin this week or if i need to wait and get another blood test the week i get my next period.

So hopefully she can get me on Metformin next week, What are the chances of getting pregnant on Metformin???

Also could someone give me info on what PCOS is cause i have been looking at websites and i dont really understand it, it was saying something about eggs are immature

Any help would be really good.
