Dude.... quit it now! Idi*t!!
Sorry, you could die if you go higher. According to my knowledge 300mg is the maximum safe dosage allowed per DAY for me, and I am 90KG and 192CM.

You know, by the sound of it you have not used this medication for a long time yet, could you please post a response asap to let us know you are ok? If you have taken tramadol capsules (50mg each) then you will feel something. If not now, then in a couple of moments most likely. You might THINK you don't feel anything but you will definately notice an increase in your energy or awareness on some level, since if you are a new user tramadol will skyrocket your serotonine levels at those dosages. If that happens, you might not be aware of a lot of stuff going on in your mind and body, and still feel/experience pain.

Also, if you are lying down or not moving at all medication will take longer to become taken up into the bloodstream, so you might want to cut down on upping the dosage and try moving about a bit.

If that is not possible, you might want to ask your doctor for another opioid, depending on what you need to treat: chronic continuing pain all day everyday, or pain that comes and goes. Personally I am in love with time released oxycontin, but sometimes I use a tiny bit of liquid (oral) oxycodone or methadone.

I quit the methadone (only used it "when needed") since methadon did not subdue my pain, not in higher dosages either, but oxy did. In lower dosages. Go figure huh?

Not only is each opioid different, but every body and mind is too... as is each ailment in each person and its effects on the body/cns/brain etc.

Please dude.... relax :-)
