Well "Nick D" is probably no longer wondering, and lolablue might not even see this, but just to clarify things a bit: Yes, there is (or was) such a thing as "Kenalog Oral Paste" which was 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide. Made by Bristol Myers Squibb. It's currently listed for sale priced at $24 for three 5g tubes (but marked as discontinued).
It may interest you to know that triamcinolone acetonide is also available as an inhaler, for asthmatics, and it's called "Azmacort". I once had run out of the topical cream, and began using my surplus Azmacort by just spraying it directly on the skin--worked great, and didn't get all gummed up in my arm hair like the cream used to.
