Can you mix acetaminophen with promethazine w/ codeine syrup safely

I have a nasty bug right now, I need some relief. So I was wondering if i could mix Tylenol 500mg with this cough syrup i have from the last time i was sick safely without making some lethal drug combo.

yes you can safely take the two together, just be sure not to repeat the dose any sooner than four hours. You must not take more than 4000 mg of tylenol in 24 hours, and the doses must be divided or you risk liver damage.
