Tramadol (Ultram) isn't going to do anything for your arthritis. It's a non-narcotic, but has similar effects to a narcotic, including risk of dependency.
You're better off talking to your doctor and getting a prescription NSAID like Feldine or Anaprox.
As for buying drugs online, common sense tells you it's a bad idea. These sites aren't regulated by the FDA, and can sell anything. It's no different than buying pills from a guy on the street corner.
