is it ok to take 1 40mg oxycodone

i've been taking 20mg oxycodone for like half a week, would i be ok to take 1 40mg pill instead of a 20mg?

watch your heart if it slows down while taking a high dosage goodbye be careful ive got arthritis and i take the pain so be careful its a strong painkiller

What does your doctor suggest? Also, the 20mg is instant release and the 40mg is controlled release. So you could probably take the 40mg, but don't expect it to feel any stronger than the 20mg.
