Um, they are perfectly legal from what I know. That PANADEINE PLUS, is a 500mg/15mg paracetamol/codeine mix.

I don't know about the US but in most countries you can pick these up in most pharmacies. It's common for people to extract the codeine (and it's easy to do), leaving the paracetamol and taking enough codeine for an opaite buzz.

kiwi drug is legally selling codeine, because in new zealand it is legal to sell codeine in certain dosages over the counter, with certain regulations. i noticed they have you fill out a questionaire before ordering, specifying what you use it for. this satisifies the authorities. also they put limits on how much you can order.

that said the US government goes back and forth on what you can import from other countries, but this isnt specific to codeine. even if you are 80 years old and order lipitor from canada its technically "not legal" but its probably comparable to crossing and undotted white line on a road while driving

the us government (fda) has stated that while these things may not be legal they will not prosecute importers of medications legal in other countries as long as its for personal consumption, hence the limits

This stuff is easy to get over the counter in any pharmacy in NZ or
Australia(I live here) and its kind of like tylenol here you just have to ask for it. They are a bit nuts on pseudoephedrine as you can make speed from it so they ask for a drivers licence with that. I do not think you would have any issue importing panadeine forte or panadeine max as it is really common over here and so not a big deal.
