OxyContin...
My friend is like addicted to them so she takes 4 at a time and is fine. How is this possible? Today she gave my friend half of 1, and she was really high. She says I should try it tomorrow, and I kind of want to (I know, it's stupid. No need to tell me). Apparently you can't eat or drink while it's in you or you'll puke, and after it wears off there will be a bad headache, but during the high you'll be really bubbly and hyper. Is all of this true/is this what would happen to me? Any info is appreciated..
I'm 15, 5'5 and 110 lbs by the way if this makes any difference.

In life we deal with everyday problems, it's not smart to bring problems on yourself. Your headed up the road to addiction when you try them. Do you really want to join the growing community of "pill heads". Your reputation is going to be ruined and you will wake up and go to sleep thinking about your next pill. In time you will lose your looks and your parents will find out. Most importantly you will be a ADDICT. Ask God to redirect your thoughts and friends. Talk to a adult you trust and keep posting.

Your addict friend has built up a tolerance to it.
One try isn't stupid.
People react differently to drugs (lol that's not very helpful, but...)

Don't be a fool. Your friend needs to take more and more each day to get the same high - do you want that?

First off, abusing prescription pain pills is addictive and dangerous!

How it effects you totally varies from person to person. Most people will feel "high" after one prescribed does, which is 1-2 pills, which is why the doctors tell you not to drive while on it. Eating won't for sure make you puke, but it can cause nausea. After you'll have not only a headache but you will probably be dizzy and irritable. Yes, you can get high, but it is dangerous and I wouldn't recommend it. It can impair you judgment and damage your stomach, to the point of ulcers if you abuse it regularly. Also, you never know if who you get it from is actually giving you that or something stronger.

Please so not take any drugs that your doctor did not prescribe for you! All people react differently to pain meds. I am addicted to pain meds because i am in constant pain. It is not a fun to be a drug addict even if it a requirement for a partial normal existence.

I am addicted to pain killers as well. I have constant kidney stones and I need them even when the kidney stones are gone. So I have been forced to find other ways to obtain them without a prescription. Sure I can get them inexpensive but i still have to take more and more just to be normal. Does anyone have any thoughts?
