migraine pain
I was just diagnosed of having migraine. No wonder they’re very painful and lasts longer. For the other migraine sufferers out there, can you please share anything that you do to take care of the pain? Thanks.

NSAIDs may work for mild migraine, triptans: sumatriptan (Imitrex), rizatriptan (Maxalt), naratriptan (Amerge) and the like for sever migraine. SSRIs seem to work for some people too.

I’m sorry you feel my pain. Anyway, first off, what’s your pain reliever? Mine are Tylenol (for regular attacks) and fioricet (for the heavier ones). Both are available in any pharmacy out there. One tip I can give you is know your migraine triggers. Then avoid them. Say if your trigger is a certain type of food, avoid eating it. That’ll surely help.
