Have I overdosed on aspirin?
Im afraid I might be in serious trouble I took like 18 aspirins today 4 tylenol extra strength, and like 14 ones made in Korea called Bayer. I hear massive ringing in my ears, which I just read is an early sign of overdose can I possibly have serious health consequences? Should I seek medical help? Other than the massive ringing in my ears I feel just fine, and I just stupidly took an 800 mg of Ibuprofen right now as well before I read about the ringing in the ears. Iv'e been taking so much pain killers because of a tooth ache that has been bothering me all day long. Am I just being paranoid or should I seriously consider seeking medical help? I feel comepletely fine besides the massive ringing in my ears and my tooth ache.

Taking too much meds may result in more severe conditions other than your tootache. Refrain from taking several at once. It takes time for your body to process the medicine so taking more than you need will slow down this process, and affect your liver and other internal organs. I suggest you consult your doctor on a better and faster acting pain reliever to use since it seems that aspirin does not help. Or better yet, go to a dentist to find out the reason behind your toothache and do something about it.
