Is aspirin a medicine available without prescription?

Is aspirin an over the counter medicine?
Is all aspirin labelled with warnings about Reye's syndrome and how it shouldn't be taken by children under 16?
I'm doing a research project on aspirin and I'm never taken it so I'm not sure.

yes it is OTC
it does have warnigs about Reye's syndrome
childre 12 and uner shouldnt take it but adults and people over 12 can take it
