Tramadol withdraw symtoms?

I started taking Tramadol about 20 months ago, and I have
been slowly been coming off them. It is really been hard.
I have had symtoms that I never thought I would get.
Like shivering, feeling cold even when it's not cold, very bad depression, suicidal thoughts. Twitching and always feeling tired. I started drinking to replace it. And I never really was a drinker before. Has anyone else had any of these?
I also got very bad nightmares both on them and coming off them. It is a horrible drug. I would advise anyone not to take them,

It's a very addictive drug... you might need a Doctors help with the withdrawl symptoms. Especially since it's causing you to hurt yourself (alcohol). A Dr. can help you get over the addiction faster, with less withdrawl symptoms.
