How long do i have to wait after taking 2 nurofen plus, before i can take 2 tramadol?

I got a hell of a toothache which im taking antibiotics for, ive alos been taking nurofen plus for pain relief. However they're really not doing much for it, I have some tramadol which i know are alot stronger so i want to take a couple for the pain. I had 2 nurofen plus about 6 hours ago, how long til ican take 2 tramadol safely?
Also if possible i want to take a couple of paracetemol to, just to really kill the pain!

Hi. Nurofen Plus is really one strong analgesic OTC medicine. To differentiate that from Tramadol, I should say the latter is 5 times stronger than the former. I wouldn't really suggest taking 2 of Tramal right away. If 6 hours have passed since you took Nurofen Plus or any OTC analgesic for that matter, you can take 1 Tramadol. As for Tramadol, you can take it every 6 hours for pain.
