Aspirin is an acid, acetyl salicylic acid to be exact. The maximum dosage of aspirin that a person can take is 150mg per kilogram weight. So, if you weigh around 50 kilos, then your body can tolerate up to 7500 mg of aspirin in the body, which is around 23 325 mg tablets. More than this may cause severe side effects. Why the large dose you took before didn't kill you right now may be due to the increased ability of your body to absorb this much aspirin, or you were probably rushed to the ER at once for immediate treatment, or the aspirin you took may be expired or of low quality or its may not be your time yet. The problem right now is that it may have long term effects on your body which will manifest itself in the later years. I do hope that before trying out something like that, you talk to someone who can help you out with whatever is bugging you.
