How long can Fentanyl to be detected in urine? I put on a 100mcg/hr patch and removed it after 4 days (96hrs)... had urine test 12 days after I removed it. ( I was recently started these patches & put on 1st one & wanted to see if it would last 4 days instead of 3 cuz everyone is different.... well for me I still had pain relief on the 4th day but that same day I found out I was being drug tested in 2 weeks for every known opiate so I removed it.)
I got a list of what they test for from someone who had it done a few mths ago and YES they will be testing for not only that but Suboxone and others as well.

Since fentanyl is an opiate substance, and also an abused substance, it will be tested especially in an extensive drug test. Opiates often last for 2 days in the body so I guess you are clean after 12 days without it. But, you may also need to tell them that you have been prescribed fentanyl for your pain so that they can rule out any false positives. Hope this helps.
