Oxycontin or Oxycodone usually remains in the urine for 3-4 days so if you took it 5 days ago, it may not be present anymore, unless you took a big amount of it or your body has a hard time metabolizing it. In any case, if you are taking a standard drug exam, oxycodone is not tested although it may give a false positive result for opiates. It is better to inform and present your prescription of Oxycontin, if you have one, to rule out any false positive results.
