Acetaminophen and diet pills?

Ok, so I'm kinda scared right now. I know there are certain things you shouldn't mix acetaminophen with, but I dunno. Does it matter with Zantrex, Leptopril, or Akavar diet pills?
Cos my head is all swimmy and I feel all around bad.

first one is asprin i believe. diet pills are uppers and they are dangerous.
