Severe reaction to Morphine????

I was given Morphine when I went to the ER the other night and the first shot was fine but about 4 hours later they gave me more and I had severe abdominal pain 15 min. after taking it. I told the nurses and the only thing they could say was they couldn't give me any more pain meds.... I have the same effect to dilladan. What is wrong with me....

There is nothing wrong with you. It is just that your body reacts differently to certain medications, including morphine. Maybe, you can discuss with your doctor other alternatives for pain relief.
