If your taking vicodins, acetaminophen is not your worst problem. The hydrocodone in the pills is the most potent, dangerous ingredient right after you take them. the 7.5 strength is just the strength of the hydocodone. You didn't mention how much acetaminophen is in each pill. With a 7.5 strength, it is usually 500 mgs of acetaminophen. Taking more than two could cause some serious medical problems such as dizziness (especially if you drive), your heart rate to slow down, etc. Large amounts of acetaminophen taken for a long time, on the other hand, can lock down and destroy your kidneys and the damage can not be repaired. So if you can get by without taking it at all it best, but if your taking it to get high, your already in trouble.
