FIRST... What exactly are you taking intravenously but what do you use? Everything is different and reacts to different people. Some are SO SCARED when they see a needle coming to them, they really go through a MAJOR panic. Anyhow. I have much more info in my vault. I wanted to get into Phlebotomy The other nurses need to show you proper procedures. its REALLY not that hard. You just have to be calm. Good luck!
