How long does Naproxen stay in your system

I understand that it is not a recreational drug and no one tests for it, but it is an NSAID. NSAIDs can cause false positives for marijuana in urine tests. That being said, how long does Naproxen (Aleve) stay in your system.

Generally up to 72 hours
