Mr. Pickels is on a distinguished road
Is 220 ml every other day of Naproxen Sodium too much
I take 220 milligrams of Naproxen Sodium every OTHER DAY for back pain due to a syrinx in my spine. Do you think this amount is safe for my stomach and liver? I basically NEED it or my back will eventually be in terrible pain. Thank you!
Naproxen Sodium is the gereric for Aleve

Did you mean 250mg instead of 220? For back pain, you can actually take twice daily.

In patients who tolerate lower doses well, the dose may be increased to naproxen 1500 mg/day for limited periods of up to 6 months when a higher level of anti-inflammatory/analgesic activity is required.
