Do they work? I'm planning on taking them in the morning tomorrow. How long does one pill last for? (I had cramps so badly today and just went to the doctor, but my cramps went away)
Naproxen works like any tylenol or motrin would. AS SOON AS YOU KNOW your getting ur period, (i ussually do it when i just start bleeding) take sum pills. I use the blue Midol. If you take it soon enough itll help, the pain wont be as bad.
Put a warming pack on ur tummy
For period cramps, the recommended dose is 550mg (500mg naproxen with 50mg sodium like Anaprox DS). One dose is good for 12 hours so you may need to take twice daily.
