It's a mild pain pill, sort of like a prescription strength Midol. I take them for menstrual cramps but you can take them for other non-serious pain. It's not particularly strong. It's not nearly as good as Tylenol 3 with codeine or Vicodin when it comes to serious pain.
Its actually the same ingredient as aleve, just at a higher strength. It's for pain and inflammation. My cousin has also used it for head aches and menstrual cramps, she said it worked wonders.
