.....immune system. Some medication are not yet available in our country. My options are limited. What do you think, Is it ok if i'll take diclofenac cataflam potassium everytime im in pain?

Depends on what type of pain you get from time to time. For mild to moderate pain, you can start with paracetamol or ibuprofen. It's not recommended to start with high-grade analgesics all the time. Non-pharmacologic pain management is also recommended.
