Virginia E is on a distinguished road
Naproxen and Magnesium
I have what I think are muscle spasms throughout my body but mostly in my chest and head. There is no pain. I feel like my body is vibrating or fluttering "within." I took 800mg of Naproxen but it's not doing much to stop the inner sensation. This sensation last pretty much all day with a couple of "minute" breaks in between. Is it OK to still take magnesium supplements within the same 24 hr period?

You mention that "There is no pain." thus why take Naproxen at 800mg? It wouldn't work for the spasm. Please see a doctor before taking anything so tests can be done to see what causes those "sensations."
