Does the fever occur due to the diclofenac or paracetamol? IF you are developing a fever because of these medications, then I would advise you to stop it at once. However, if you are taking these two for your fever, then it should be taken according to prescription. Diclofenac actually is a pain medication and will not do anything for the fever. Paracetamol on the other hand is an analgesic which will definitely bring down the fever when taken according to dosage.
Your fever may be coming back because the dosage you take is not sufficient or there is a more serious condition that causes the fever, thus needing antibiotics to treat it first for the fever to go down. You need to consult your doctor about this to check on whatever condition is present.
