Aspirin or Ibuprofen for a sprang or twisted knee
I actually felt my patella dislocate & move back into place, it totally knocked the wind out of me... it hurts soo bad, a little swolen to, I have no insurance & only OTC meds.. thanks

Ibuprofen is awsome to reduce swelling so this should work since it should be very swollen both inside and out.
