Is it safe to take a small dosage of ibuprofen before an intense workout?
By small dosage I mean 400 mg...

If you are not allergic to it or if you need it, then go take it. But, if you are just taking it in anticipation of some pain after your workout, then it is better taking it afterwards since it will help the body better.
