I have a sinus headache and i want to take Ibuprofen but i took Claritin allergy. Can i mix the two?

What happened was, i took Claritin Allergy medication that last 24 hours but i found out that the medication is not working and i do not have allergies. Now i am stuck with not being able to take different medication for my really bad sinus headache...

Yes, you can take ibuprofen even after taking Claritin on the same day. there's no unfavorable drug interaction if you take the 2 drugs.
