day nurse or ibuprofen, which would be better for lowering a high temp, i have a cold.?

i dont care about the cold symptoms but cant stand having a temp, and i vomit if temp gets too much, whats best to take?

don't take day nurse if you intend to sleep, it's got so much caffeine in it you'll be staring at the walls all night! Night nurse better, failing that ibuprofen will work...as does paracetemol. Try a cool flannel on your head too
