So I was having really bad cramps and a bad headache. I wasn't really thinking and two the normal 2 Excedrin dose and an Ibuprofen thinking "oh one is for headaches and one is for the cramps" not knowing that they both pretty much did the same thing. Did I seriously hurt myself or will I be ok if I just sleep it off with a piece of bread or some food in my stomach?
i usually take 2 of each myself when i have aches and pains. The ibuprofen is an anti inflammatory and the asprin is for pain, the caffine speeds up the process.,, you'll be fine
You'll be fine. You didn't hurt yourself or anything. It isn't an overdose nor will it do damage to you or your body. You just don't want to do it all the time.
I normally take four excedrin at a time myself. There have been times I have to pop an Ibuprofen to go along with it as the Ibuprofen is also an anti-inflammitory.
