Is it safe to take Ibuprofen when nursing?
I take paracetamol when nursing but I don't think it's going to work with the pain I am suffering at the moment (TMJ).

While paracetamol remains to be the first choice analgesic for pregnant and nursing mothers, ibuprofen was proven to pose little risk to the infant. It is not excreted in breast milk.
