mom is on a distinguished road
I cant sleep at night, and I just started taking ibuprofen 600mg at night.Could this be keeping me up?
I havent changed anyother routine.I am going to stop drinking coffee for a week to see if its that. But Ive been drinking 1 cup coffee every day for the last 20plus years.Just recently I have been taking ibuprofen for my back problems (ruptured disc/no disc in lower lumbar)I also take flexeril and ultram.I am so tired of not being able to sleep at night, its driving me crazy! One night I took Advil PM,but that messed me up pretty bad,I woke up every hour on that. What is going on with me? I am a 36 year old female.HELP PLEASE!
Duh, I just figured it out, reading another persons post. I have been weaning myself off the ulram, otherwise known as tramadol.ANd its part of the withdrawl process, the insomnia.Crap....cant wait to get some good sleep! I wonder how long the withdrawl process takes.
