    Default Ibuprofen in a 24 hour period

    I took 2 pills of ibuprofen with 6oo mgs each about 24 hours ago and just took the same amount again. Is this lethal?

    No it isn't lethal.
    But you should only be taking ONE Ibuprofen *since it's 600mg* every 4-6 hours as needed. Usually one will take care of the pain.
    So basically you can take up to 6 of them a day..but NO MORE than 6. That is the max..

    No, its not because the maximum amount of ibuprofen for adults is 800 milligrams per dose or 3200 mg per day (4 maximum doses). Use only the smallest amount of ibuprofen needed to get relief from your pain, swelling, or fever.
