I think that most sleeping tabs are OK with most pain killers.
Not sure that taking sleeping tabs with Kalms is really such a good idea though as they are both acting on the same symptom!

From what I read, Kalms is a natural sleeping pill and stress reliever. If that's the case, there should not be any contraindication if you take ibuprofen. Just make sure that you follow the correct dose of ibuprofen and also follow the instructions on the box or package of Kalms, just to be safe.
