If you take Ibuprofen while you are on microgynon pill, Does this affect the pill in anyway?

I am on microgynon to stop me from getting pregnant and i would like to know whether taking ibuprofen will stop the pill working in anyway if you could letme know as soon as possible that would be great thank you xx

No, ibuprofen doesn't stop microgynon from working.

I checked the 2 drugs on a drug interaction checker, ther result shows no adverse reaction if the 2 drugs are combined. Just take note of the other agents that can affect the components of the OCP you are taking. Examples of which are antibiotics such as tetracycline & ampicillin, anti-TB and anti-fungal drugs.
